Metric Single Row Deep Groove Radial Ball Bearings come in a variety of styles. From double seals and shields, snap ring style, and both industrial & premium grades. Single Row Deep Groove (SRDG) ball bearings are most commonly used for high-speed applications where long-life and critical performance are required, even tolerating minor axial miss-alignments. With precision ground raceways in the inner and outer rings, Single Row Deep Groove (SRDG) Radial Ball Bearings are designed for:
- moderate radial loads
- light axial loads
- combined radial and axial loads
KML Bearing USA manufactures its Metric Single Row Deep Groove Ball Bearings in industry standard bore and outside diameter product lines for both Metric and Inch applications. Additionally, special size Single Row Deep Groove (SRDG) Ball Bearings are available in many versions. Single Row Deep Groove (SRDG) Ball Bearings are extremely effective in a wide variety of applications and operating conditions when the correct configuration is chosen.
Manufactured to ISO9001 and TS-16949 standards, KML Bearing USA manufactures the inner ring, outer ring and balls from vacuum degassed 52100 bearing steel. Before assembly, these components are heat treat hardened to produce a durable wear surface on the balls and ball tracks. The ball retainers and shields are produced from cold rolled steel. All Single Row Deep Groove Radial Ball Bearings are factory lubricated with Chevron SRI#2 grease.
KML Bearing USA’s Metric Single Row Deep Groove Radial Ball Bearings are available in two grades. Standard or Industrial Grade bearings are produced to ABEC 1 classification and feature dual-lip non-contact seals (2RS) or metal shields (ZZ). Premium Grade bearings are produced to ABEC 3 classification (noise tested and suitable for electric motor applications) and feature triple-lip light contact seals (2RD) or metal shields (ZZ QE6).
