Stainless Steel Inch Single Row Deep Groove Radial Ball Bearings are available in a Standard or Industrial Grade, produced to ABEC 1 classification, and feature double-lip nitrile rubber seals (2RS). Single Row Deep Groove (SRDG) ball bearings are most commonly used for high-speed applications where long-life and critical performance are required, even tolerating minor axial miss-alignments. And since all of KML Bearing USA’s Stainless Steel Single Row Deep Groove Radial Ball Bearings are lubricated with Mobil FM222 synthetic lubricant from the factory, our Stainless Steel Single Row Deep Groove (SRDG) ball bearings are most commonly used for high-speed applications in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. The double-lip nitrile rubber seals are effectively designed to not only prevent contact of the lubricant with the product being processed, but also to prevent contaminants from entering the raceways and deteriorating the ball bearings. KML Premium Stainless Steel Ball Bearings are designed for precision applications governed by FSMA.
Because Single Row Deep Groove (SRDG) Ball Bearings are extremely effective in a wide variety of applications and operating conditions when the correct configuration is chosen, KML Bearing USA manufactures its Stainless Steel Inch Single Row Deep Groove Ball Bearings in industry standard bore sizes from 3/16 of an inch to 1 inch, and outside diameter sizes.
Manufactured to ISO9001 and TS-16949 standards, KML Bearing USA manufactures these ball bearings from 440C Stainless Steel, the most common specification for the carbon infused grade of 400 series stainless steel. This grade of stainless steel is heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 58, offering optimal wear resistance and service life. They are particularly effective in aqueous, corrosive and abrasive environments; however they may experience some surface filming due to the carbon content of the stainless steel.
